Remove upper half of fan shroud for easy pump servicing.How to change water pump in 1993 chevy 2500, 5.7 liter?
Drain the coolant, remove all necessary hoses going to the water pump, remove all belts required to gain access to the pump. Remove all the bolts mounting the pump to the block, reverse this order to reinstall a new pump with new gaskets.
