They always change the water pump and timing belt together while the engine is apart. Your 1999 is probably due for both things if they have not been done. I just had mine done on a Toyota Camry. It cost a thousand dollars. Remember that these two things NEED to be changed every so often..if either the water pump, or timing belt go while you are driving..your car will die right there on the freeway...even if you are going 80 MPH.Where is the water pump located on a 1999 cadillac deville?
